Kentucky Lake Glamping values every guest and reservation, if something changes with your travel plans and you must cancel your reservations, you must give us a call. Emails or voice messages will not suffice for a cancelation. We do not give credit or refunds for bad weather, the fun continues rain or shine. Our cancelation policy varies depending on the amount of notice given for the reservation dates. If you would like to change the dates of your reservation, we will be able to do this one time as a courtesy, depending on avaliability and it must be done 14 days prior to your arrival date.

For a full refund you must cancel 2 weeks prior to your arrival date, minus a $25.00 administration fee. Canceling after two weeks of your arrival date your full reservation amount will be forfeited. No prorating or refunds for early depatures.

We have four pet friendly options, The Driftwood, The Regency, The Reel Nauti and the Sundrop. · Dogs only. No other pets allowed. · There is a $50 flat fee for one pet and a $75 flat fee for two pets. No more than two pets per reservation. · Dogs are only allowed in our pet friendly rentals, no exceptions. We appreciate your understanding · Dogs must be on a leash at all times. It must be no longer than 6 feet long. · Dogs can never be left alone inside your rental, not even in a crate. · Please pick up your dogs’ waste. · Good behavior is required. Dogs of any breed that are hostile or aggressive will be asked to leave the campground, along with their owners. · Remember manners. Constant barking bothers other campers. If your pet is too vocal, you'll need to find other accommodations. · Pets are only allowed on the patio at the camp store.

Yes, all glampers do have air conditioning and space heaters

Yes, all sites have a working sink.

Yes, all of our glampers have wifi and televisions.

Yes, all units have a Keurig and we also provide k-cups during your stay.

Each of our rental units have umbrellas or awnings for shade. You are welcome to bring a canopy to use at your rental site, but we ask that you do not use them on the beach or anywhere else on the property.

We do not allow smoking in any of our rentals. We ask that if you smoke, you bring your own tray to put ashes and butts in. You must be at least 10 feet from doors, windows or ventilation systems of a public building when smoking.

Each site with our rentals have a charcoal grill (charcoal not provided), picnic table, and adirondak chairs around the firepit. If you are bringing your own camper the RV sites have picnic tables and fire rings.

All you will need to bring is personal items, food and drinks, and a good time!

Some glampers have private bathrooms; however, we do have bathroom facilities with toilets and showers on our campsite as well.

Yes, Firewood is $5.00/bundle. If you get 3 bundles you get a free firestarter We sell 8lb bags of ice for $2.50/bag

Yes. Our camp store is fully stocked with packaged foods, drinks, camping essentials, and more. Also, We have a small café where we sell fresh made pizza, sweet snacks and drinks.

No, we are located in a Calloway County, which is a dry county, so we do not sell alcohol on our property. We are located about 25 minutes from Murray, KY and about 30 minutes from Paris, TN where you can purchase alcohol.

We do not have a designated charging station for electric vehicles. However, we do have 30 Amp hook ups at each site. Due to the added electrical usage, we do charge a $20.00 charging fee. This is a one time fee for your stay. We also like to inform guests that Kentucky Lake Glamping is not responsible or liable for any damages that may occur to the vehicle while charging and that the owner of the electric vehicle will be held responsible for any damage to Kentucky Lake Glamping Property. Our Pedestals were not designed to support EVs so we don't want to be held responsible for any damages that may occur.
